116 Financial LLC is Hiring an Outside Sales Agent Near Bloomington, IL
116 Financial LLC is looking for a highly motivated Outside Sales Agent to join our company in the Bloomington, IL area. We have FREE LEADS that are highly qualified (they've already been engaged with on the phone and need to talk to an agent).We have partnered with Phil Carr Farmer's Insurance Agency. There are advancement opportunities into management and overseeing more agents if you perform well.
This is a 1099 Contract Position.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, great sales skills, a positive attitude, and be results driven.
Essential Functions:
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to highly qualified prospect leads
- Track orders and manage customer accounts
- Maintain positive and professional communication with customers, vendors, and colleagues
- Follow up on open deals to ensure successful outcomes
- Identify potential buyers interested in your products services
- Build long term relationships with clients
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas
- Maintain current knowledge of product sales trends/market/company/product/services etc.
- Set and achieve personal and professional goals by working towards them with a sense of urgency
- Demonstrate ability to handle pressure in a timely manner while maintaining a calm demeanor in stressful situations
Qualifications:
- A valid Health Insurance License is required.
- Ability to operate basic office equipment; computers, phones, fax machines, etc. (i.e., data entry, phone lines, photocopier etc.)in a professional manner. A willingness to learn new skills is essential.
- Ability to learn and understand applicable state insurance regulations and policies; understand basic math concepts; ability to perform quick calculations; ability to work under pressure situations; good written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team; ability to work in high pressure environment (i.e., fast paced environment) with multiple interruptions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
